Mondayitis is back again... It was a quick one today. I did a small $600 sale before lunch and decided to spend the whole day doing nothing. Come on... It is our last week before the long break. To be honest... I can't wait for a vacation.

I had a phone interview today with Cameron, the guy from Hudson's. It's a tough one but I think I have a pretty good chance to get to the next step. However there are 30 internal applicants for the 3 positions advertised. Click manager role is really like customer care. No more sales target but instead we going to have assigned advertiser to call and look after their account.

I don't really know if that what I wanted to do. We'll see whats going to happen soon. I didn't go to yoga again today... I can't be bothered.

Oh btw...blogging on a touch screen iPad sucks! Adios.....

Last Weekend 2010 at home...

Finally it's the last week before my trip back home for Christmas. These few weeks have been really quiet. Not much planned… just hours of night spending my time watching tele. These days… having quiet weekends is bliss. I would rather put on my pyjamas and lounge at home than going out…

We had our 2nd DMS (Digital Marketing Services)  Christmas Party last friday at a pub in Windsor. To be honest I wasn't really interested in work functions… Well… this year DMS Sensis Christmas Party was awful! The venue sucks, the drinks sucks… everything is so tacky and uneventful. The only good thing about the whole day was leaving work early…. We left work at 11am and head down together to the pub. Walk in to this beat up old green ghoulish looking building… I was thinking… hmm.. relax, could be different inside…. but NO! its even worst. The beer garden was so tacky! Its like some 80's beach bar! We've been given a drink card each to spend that day… only for 2 drinks. No cocktail or vodkas… Just beer and cheap nasty sparkling. I decided to have cider instead but its still not very nice…
After an hour of mingling… its time to leave this dreadful party. I went home, change to my jamys and sit on the lounge instead having tea.


We decided to skip yoga classes this week. I am on my holiday mode already and think we deserve a break. Since Dave from Singapore is in town, Marky invited us over to his place for dinner. He made pizza's and oysters while Declan made dessert. I love the strawberry and vanilla macaroons trifle. Sorry.. its was so delish that I forgot to take photos of it! Bwahahahahaha……

That afternoon we went to Mandarina Duck in QV. They're having 50% off everything in store - We wanted to have a browse and don't want to spend as we're leaving to Asia next week… that was short lived - as we left the store with new luggage bags!

Scruffy Got A Flat

Yep… thats right folks! Scruffy got a flat tyre this morning. We just noticed it when Dex tried to left for work and then stopped at the gate. OMG.. what do we do? Mini Cooper doesnt comes with a spare wheel. There is a tyre sealant in the boot with an electronic pump that can fix this temporarily.

I decided to call in sick at work. I wasn't in the mood to come in anyway! So I called my boss and told him that I got the runs! So offday! Yay!! Decky took a cab to work while I have to send Scruffy to the workshop.

I look for the nearest one with Yellow Pages online (boley? promote product sendiri) and found one near Brighton. I drove the car like a nanna… and went to the workshop but the old man told me that he only can fix it at lunchtime… Apa kah? then you want me to walk home and walk back here to get my car??? Damnit!

Then I called Decky at work and he told me I can send it to Jaxx, the tyre store near High Street. I think by this time the sealant has started to work. The guy at Jaxx was so helpful and did the job within 20mins!!

$35 later the wheel is all fixed! Now we have to make sure scruffy doesn't stepped on nails or screws again!! I decided to catch up with Dex at Amici for coffee before heading home….

Now its time to chillax….

New Look….

Yeah.. I changed my blog.. no more picture of half naked male as a banner or to be seen. I wanted it to be personal and real… more about me. Plus I know I would never look like that in my lifetime anyway… sad but thats the reality. :)

What did i do today? Not much. Chillin at home…watched tele, had white chocolate and raspberry muffin with latte from the coffeeshop downstairs is a saturday ritual for us. And morning paper of cos.

I’ve downloaded a few free tracks from Nokia Music Store to my Nokia 5800… they also have malay songs…. so I am listening to Amy Mastura album at the moment… eeerrr..Dingin Malam.

We went to gym this afternoon. I really need to lose 10 kilos in 3 months. I cant believe I’m back to my FAT weight at 70kg now. I really need to get back to at least 60 again. My GStar jeans wont fit…and I have been wearing the same Calibre black jeans and Energie ones over and over again. I cant shop…cos I dont want to waste money on oversized pants or shirt…. and now I look awful!!! :(

Declan promised that we have to get back to exercising and  healthy food. Less carbs…no more dessert and ice cream… Waaaa….Goodbye Homer Hudson!!!! But I need to look fabulous.

I went to Simon Masquerade Birthday party just now… at Cafe Dior… I wore my pink jacket..wanting to look fabulous but I'm too fat to look anything close…. I have 3 months to lose this fat… Wish i can just ZAP it!!! Just like that!!!!

Make Peace With Myself

Its been a challenging time at work lately. This new store that i am working at consumed most of my FUN life that I normally have. I think its mostly stress too much workload that been creeping up to me lately.

I know… people says if you dont like what you’re doing….then get a new job. Quit… only you can change yourself. Trust me… I want to. I’ve send my cv online to all these companies but still no luck. At this time I really have no direction on where should i take myself to.

There is too many wants, and too little get. The girl that get the manager job that I wanted quit last week. She cant handle it, and that proof that my regional made a huge mistake by giving the role to her. I tried to apply after she left but instantly got put down. I dont think its racism… she just dont like me.

Oh well… I will not bother anymore. Anyway being a 2ic is much better. I can have my holidays, less responsibility. I am still looking for a new job too…. wish me luck.

Formula One...and if only

And if only I could send these freaks out to the suburbs.. I will. This weekend has been manic. My apartment is across Albert Park... where Australian Grand Prix is held every fucking year....

And if you think that we have to put up with the noisy F1 and V8 engines... there are also Fighter Jets... Qantas 747... and Media choppers. Damn....

Now STFU... go away and dont come back til next year....

And what has happened to my beautiful stress free weekend??? Its so unfair... I want them to give me back my offday...... Give it backkkk!!!

New Life...

Again I missed to blog.. it has been ages.... truthfully after Facebook I dont really feel the important to update my blog. Facebook is much more easier.. I can update it from my iPhone and INQ as easy as texting...

But I realized that I kinda missed writing in here... about how I felt... like it or not.. I'm back... Its like the Terminator.. keeps coming back after dying... hehehe

Oh... recent update... We moved to a new apartment. Its Yve in St Kilda Road. This amazing luxurious apartment has won multiple design awards. Every inch of the building is carefully designed to create the best living experience. Its one of Melbourne exclusive icon. 

Because of that, me and Dex has put our design hat on... and these are what we can afford at this time... more nice things will come soon... :) 

i'm sick...again

I feel like shyte... really. Its been 2 days that my nose is blocked. On Thursday... I still went to training with Maea just becos I wanted to lose all this weight fast!

So today I called in sick at work. Really.. sitting at home with Veuve on a breezy friday is so dull. I switch on the laptop...thinking i might blog... but my head hurts.

Oh well... Sorry boys and girls... I'm just gonna put photos of sickie me and Veuve doing his pose... LOL

Port Melbourne to Elwood...

Sunday.... I'm kinda over Chapel Street today, but really wanted to catch up with Eugene. Its been ages since we do sister things... I decided to give him a buzz.

Jenny : Aiya...I baru bangun tido....

Me : Perempuan cina berat tulang! Dah pukul 2 petang baru bangun ka? Cepat... I pick u up haa.. in 30 mins.. ur place...

I drove up to Eugene place, he stood there for a few minutes, waiting for a black Honda to arrive. Hehe... completely forgot that I drive a Silver Suzuki now. Aiyoooo..Blur la ah moy ni!

We wanted to go to St Kilda Beach but becos the trafic on Fitzroy Street was so horrible, I diverted to Port Melbourne instead.

Since its a beautiful summer day, so many people there. After finding the most easiest parking spot, we walked around and decided to have coffee on Bay Street. After walking for a mere 15 mins, there are no nice coffee shop thats open....but there are so many hot boys. Nyonya sudah basah tengok jantan jantan cando di Port Melbourne innie.....

We decided to walk back to the beach and get gelati instead. I had the Macadamias and Rollo while Eugene had ollos.... We sat near the brick wall, spying on hot half naked boys at the beach. Since I didn't bring any rug...and dont really want sand in the new car... so we didn't go further. There is plenty of entertainment where we are anyway! Hehehe

While finishing our Gelati, we saw this really can do guy walking from the beach. Pondan cina itew pun apa lagi... begitu meriah menjilat rollonya....sambil mencuci mata....sudddenly "SPLAT" a yellowish colour thing dropped from above and landed to Eugene's back!!! Ewwwww!!!!!... the Seagull gave Eugene a gift! He ran towards the toilet and quickly trying to clean his shirt. I was laughing in tears!!!

That put an end to our sisters trip. I sent Eugene the seagull victim home. When I reached home, Decky already prepared to go out again to see Emma. A picnic at Elwood Beach....Sunset, Cheese and Champagne Picnic.

We picked up Mark and drive to Elwood. Mark thinks the car is a bit GAY... hehehe... of cos doll... what else can it be? After reached Emma's place. We walked to Elwood Beach.

Now....as beautiful as a city, Melbourne beaches are not as scenic and gorgeous as Sydney and Gold Coast.... Ours more like a miniature compared to the other cities. But we have more gorgeous people...and that what matters. Hehe....

  

We sit and chat for almost 2 hours until its get really cold. I am wearing only singlet has goosebumps all over my body. Grrrrrrrrrr......... We decided to pack up and head home.

What a beautiful way to spend Sunday! ... Friends, Bubbles, Sunset, 2 Beaches, Hot Guys and of cos BirdPoo.... ROLF!!!

Quiet weekend

After so much socializing last few weeks, we decided to have a quiet weekend. Saturday after the Foxtel iQ2 installer comes in, we subscribed to the latest HD Channels. Oh.. FYI iQ2 enables us to view Foxtel (cable tv) on High Definition and it also able to record shows like TiVo....rewind and pause realtime tv. Hehe.. Now thats amazing....

Afterwards we went to City Suzuki to pick up our new SX4... The girl that sell us the car gives me the creeps. She is such a bogan....

She showed us a knock off Bulgari watch that she claimed she had purchased from an opt shop for $10... and its REAL... hahaha... what a loser!!! She has no idea that her watches is sooo poorly made fake, even patpong market has better ones! LOL.....

Eugene and David came by to ours and and see the new car. They were quite impressed by the price tag. I also made decky have Maccas ( McDonalds) for lunch... It wasn't such a good idea as we took turns to the toilet an hour after... hehe...

I generally avoiding the city and shopping this week. My credit card needs CPR after a massive spending spree over chrissy....but i succumb to the temptation of online shopping.... spent $150 on underpants on STYLEFORHIM

Bought a few pairs of Ginch Gonchs that I looooved... 2 pairs of 2xist thats really comfy and a singlet from 2xist.

 

I need them. I've been neglecting downunder for awhile.       I threw out most of the Aussiebums thats been nearly a year old...

What the best way to start 2009 but to buy a new car! Yessaa uolss... Dex and me decided to downsize our spending on cars so we opted out to buy a new Suzuki SX4 Auto and return back our Honda Accord Euro Luxury.

Whats the difference? The honda that we have driven for the past 4 years have all luxury packages, sunroof, leather seats, seat warmer ( good during winter)...yada yada yada...

The brand new Suzuki is lacking them all...but hey... its brand spanking new. Driving this hatchback is very comfy. Good handling, very sporty too. And this also means that the car repayments every month goes down from $750 per month to only $450 monthly.

I love this new car, I think it suits us better. Looks younger...I dont look like an Asian Daddy anymore driving this sporty number. Hehe....Although I am going to get the car tinted and change the sports wheels soon.... :)

Hellooooooo...I'm Back

Hi Uolsss... Selamat Tahun Baru 2009! To uols yang menyambut dengan semeriah meriah tak hengat...selamat kembali ke bumi nyata. Hehe ....

Its been a massive week.... Timmy from Kuala Lumpur visited us for the New Years... We had a fantastic time. From New Years Eve drinks at Dat & Darren's...after bottles of Veuve and Bollingers...and Moet of course! We closed 2008 chapter with french bubbles and hangovers. Lucky Dex was in charge of getting us home before we got really wasted like some others. (aka Jeffrey, Eugene and David)... haha...

2009 1st day... we went to Rogue 2009...a day party at the trendy Motel. ( More like grungy now)....It was fab. Us... Me, Dex, Timmy, Isabella, Dat, Darren, Mark, Dave ( mark's friend from Sg), Jeffrey, Eugene, David, Yuan and Steve.

Dance all day long with vodkas and kate of cos...I dressed up in ghetto asian look with GStar jeans, oversized menunjuk dada tshirt, blings and Dita Sunnies... Looks sooo cool!.. haha...  we went home early at 5pm....Goes to bed. Eugene wanted to go to the Market after...but hell no I have no intention to do anything... Not today... Not on New Years Day...Not again.... :)

2008....with Jett

2008 means a lot to me. It has mature and changed the way I think about life....love...family and friends. I am 30 years old in 2008. I am still living in Melbourne. I am not planning to leave this city for awhile, although sometimes I do feel like I want to go back to my hometown.

2008 - Career. I am now working for Hutchison for 3 years. Geez....something that I thought at first only a casual job while doing my master degree, I am still here. Not that I ultimately love what I am doing... I am just thankful. That I have a job that pays the bill. I know that's real sad. But I am tired of chasing dreams. I want to just be able to lay down...have some cash to spend...and time to be with people I loved... life is too short. I want to live it the way I want it to be.  So...2009? I may look for something new... but on my terms...and time.

2008 - Friends. I have lots and lots of them. and love each and everyone. I may have lost one....( but she'll survive ).... but I have found 4 new ones.. :) I think at this time... I am very thankful that I am surrounded by amazing friends. On my 30th... it was unforgettable. I never imagined that I have so much love from all of them. My friends from KL, Sydney and Melbourne are with me....Thank you so much for making my 2008 so beautiful.

2008- Family. Its amazing the impact that they have on me this year. I missed them every night. Sometimes I cried alone..when I think of mum and dad, my two sisters, my brother...and my nanna. I sometimes have visions that one day...I will lose my nanna...and I travel back home as fast as I could...but its too late. I think the older you get...the more you want to be close to your family. But my life is here. I chose to be here. When I got home this year, I normally get bored only within 4-5 days....but this year... I could stay a month....and I even cried when I left Johor Bahru Airport that day.... One day I'll be back....in my own time....

2008 - Love. Declan... I have found someone that I can spend the rest of my life with....and that's you. The 1st time we met, I thought this is not going to work. Honestly... after being dumped, repeatedly and what Kenny have done to me...I have shut myself completely to love another man. Gradually I build myself to trust you, to love you and no matter what I did...or said....you always with me. You're there when I needed someone. You are my partner....and my best friend. I know that 2009 will only make our relationship stronger.

2009 - Me.... I want a better me. I want to love more and live my life to the fullest. I want to wake up every morning and ready know that I will gave my best today..... laughs, live and love. :7*

Bitch is Back

Hiya Uols....sorry that I have been MIA for awhile. I have been travelling back to Malaysia for Eid Celebration..and as an official kampungboy (girl- whatever)... I have no access to internet connection at home. :(... means for nearly 1 whole month my blog bersawang...

Australian

As of today...I am a half Australian...Finally the 2 years wait is over. I am a permanent resident. For uolls who thought I already am...sorry to say that I adjusted well. I first landed in Melbourne Airport on July 9th 2004 in cold winter. Means by this july it will be my 4^th year in Australia.

It was Monday morning, I was getting ready for work when hunnybear pointed out the envelope sent from Dimia. I wasn’t as nervous as I expected. Opened the envelope and there it was…the most long awaited news….my permanent resident status. Allowed to stay in Australia indefinitely is what stated in my Malaysian passport.

I would take this chance to say thanks to everyone who made this possible… my gorgeous partner, Declan…J, his family that has been really wonderful and loving, my parents for being supportive and understanding, all my friends that has been remarkably kind, beautiful people. Thanks so much.

Terrible...

I have been terribly busy these few days. Don’t even have enough time for relax and unwind. Freaking interviews in my phone reminder beeps every fucking second day. It’s also very unpleasant few weeks at work. Our Team A that lead by Troy and Team B lead by Pete clashing like mad....I am unwillingly stuck in the middle! Yet again....Fuck this!

On the other hand, I called up Jayme, our other Regional to apply for a manager role in Northland Shopping Centre store in Preston. She proves to me real ecstatic from her voice- very excited that I am joining her team instead of Rachael. "Maybe it’s my time to leave Melbourne Central with the brawl that has been going on.” That’s what I thought last week while calming Troy’s temper after his meeting with Rach.

But tonight when Pete called me and told me how disappointed he is with Troy cutting his and Sophia’s shift… I realized that I have to stay and fix this. Troy wanted to change the team with only his well liked people in it… and get rid of the others… that includes Peter, Sophia and Caroline ( Team B ) of course.

You can never win a battle without a fight… interesting to see who going to get hurt.

Grumpy Pup

Haha.. Yep someone is not very happy this morning after his warm bath... Looking at Veuve white fluffy fur turns greyish wasn't very pleasant. I decided to give him a bath.

It has been raining the whole day today. Its very cold…that’s maybe why he has been grumpy after been soaked and shampooed. After a nice relaxing spa of course… he turns white again and smells nicer. Put on a fresh blue jumper and he went straight to bed. Not talking…jumping nor looking at me. I went out to St Kilda in the arvo..went to Puppy Phat to get his new collar. Bought him a new Chill Pill toy too… I am throwing away his old crusty octopus squeaky. Now.. he is happy. Playing catch with the new pill… :)

Stunt

I woke up at 8 this morning. Tired... quite excited about our activities today. Meet up the rest of the team at the lobby around 930am. Hmm... wearing my skinny jeans and a bright bluey tee with my replay shoes..I am ready to rock and roll...

1st obstacle... Human Torch

Yes... its a scary thought... suited up with 4 layers of overalls, then drenched with petrol. One will be torched alive. You will be given 10-20 seconds on fire before your amateur lifesavers will help putting off the flame with wet blanket. Too bad within 10 people in our team...only 3 will be on fire. All the others will be the lifesavers. I opted not to get drenched in petrol up to my undies...so I put my hands up as a lifesaver instead..call me a pussy..i dont care.

2nd Obstacle - High Free Fall

Yes... One have to climb the scaffolding starting from the bottom up to the highest tip!... then...Jump! we did both....front and facing the back while dropping our body to the air mattress. The feeling of free falling....amazingly good! My hands are shaking after the highest fall.

3rd Obstacles - Jumping on and off the moving car

Yes.. the car is moving... we have to jump on the car hood roll ourselves on the windscreen, then roll back to the ground. As we practice...they increase the speed of the car and this is the wildest most painful trick ever. I blame this trick for my back and neck pain.... the most difficult stunt is to jump off the moving car... then roll yourself on the ground like a true ninja!!! Hiiiayyyaaaa!!!

4th Obstacle - Swordfight...

I have no photos of this one... Cant be bothered... I partnered with SallyAnne... she left the match of death after seeing a cute puppy at the park.... well... like a true swordsman!.... I stabbed myself in disappointment.
